I took out a warranty cover with them I'm paying R395 for almost 5 years. I logged a claim *** its been two months since the claim was lodged only to receive feedback from them to telling me that they will cover only R8000 of my R94 000 quote. Budget insurance is a **** and reputable garages will not assist if you tell them you have a warranty cover with budget! Poor service from the consultants, unprofessional and you will struggle to get hold of them!
