I took a vehicle premium today and unfortunately the car year model was listed as 2018 instead of 2020. The dealership advised me of this error and also informed Budget. Suraya Soobrathi called to assist with the policy amendments. She was very professional, friendly, empathetic and efficient in assisting me with the amendments. She has been a great help.
