I submitted my claim on Monday, 25 July 2022. As soon as my assessor, Shane Gokul were appointed, he contacted me. He was there to assist me with al my million questions. I was told the assessment will be completed on 28 July and was so surprised when he phoned me today, 27/7 before 12:00. Still helping me in every way. Thank you Shane, you are for sure a valuable employee of budget and I thank you for your kind service. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
