I submitted my claim on 7 Feb 2022
I submitted my claim on 7 Feb 2022. We only arrived at a resolution today 2 Mar. I just settled to rather repair the damaged asset myself, otherwise I will wait forever. I am not happy at all with the duration of the process. Nikita, the consultant was helpful but I suppose she is one cog in the whole machinery. It is difficult to reach a consultant. The website not helpful at all. This was just one bad experience.
