I spoke to this handsome guy who's name is Wasim, and we struggled alot with poor coverage on my side due to loadsheding and since I'll be a mum soon I had to cancel my insurance with them but he was able to contact me back via emails and phone calls until we won this war and am happy to say my premium was reduced to a certain amount which I'll be able to pay until am back on my feet which will be after 4months. He was able to convince me not to cancel but have something less than what I had to pay ofcos with less benefits but still I am happy I spoke to him he was patient with me and stayed professional all the way.
