I spoke to a lady by the name of Faith from the claims recovery department
I spoke to a lady by the name of Faith from the claims recovery department. I needed some information regarding an old claim. Her service was below par and left much to be desired, she sounded so disinterest and was very dismissive. That was not the greatest customer service.
