I spent all my money on an insurance company that is completely unhelpful.

I think it is not worth the expense and I would recommend not to become a member. It took over a week and several phone calls for my claim to be assessed and valued after filing on July 30, and only by August 8 it was registered and assessed. I am asking for several parts of my claim, and all these parts are eligible for coverage. Only a clutch part up to R4000 was approved (still nowhere to be found). I was surprised to learn that all other parts were excluded from my claim because they will only cover one component per claim. The full transmission was completely disassembled to thoroughly assess the car's problems. The labor cost and gearbox lubricants are being disregarded, completely. Why is Insurance necessary if I am still required to settle a sum exceeding R50000?

Every month, I pay three value-added products to Budget Insurance without any issues, I know now I am at risk for claim rejections should the unforeseen occur.

Budget Insurance is completely ineffective and *************, and I can never rely on them again.

Your decision on my claim, your poor service, your ignorance, and your treatment of me during claims compared to when I signed up for your services have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
