I request evidence for this because am not satisfied at all

I am not happy at all with budget insurance they just told me that they are rejecting my claim because they heard from the tow truck people that the person that was driving my vehicle that passed away at a later stage was driving between 160 and 180 km/h..... This is invalid they cannot tell me about a hearsay they need to provide me with evidence for this
