I regret joining budget insurance with my soul

Got into a car accident last week Saturday. Called budget insurance on the spot then they just sent a tow truck. This was after I woke up from fainting from hitting the steering wheel with my forehead. No ambulance/first aid was given, no police came to the scene for an accident report and no transport to take me home. To this date I still haven't gotten trauma counseling from them or medical check up. I called in on Monday to register a claim, still haven't received any update on my claim. They just told me to go hire a car because I didn't sign up for a courtesy car so I must go make means to hire a car because they can't help me. I thought all of the above was part of my comprehensive plan. I've lost my confidence in budget insurance, especially the first aid part. I had to go to walk about 3 Kms the following day limping to the police station to make an accident report myself because they wouldn't help me without it. I thought insurance was supposed to make my life easy, not this heartache.
