I regret going with budget insurance for the second time

I regret going with budget insurance for the second time. I was debited for the 3rd time this month yesterday. I asked after the second time and the lady wasn’t even ashamed to say she doesn’t know. Literally the next day after talking to her another debit order went out on the 11th. My premium also went up from 1.3 to almost 1.5 for absolutely no reason. When I request a call back on the app, they buzz me, when I answer they hang up just to tick the box that they called. I feel ****med. I’m looking for another insurance as we speak. I do not recommend this insurance. I’m so stressed I have to start the process of getting an insurance in the same month. My car is not even a month old with me.
