I recently did my annual review and was assisted by Saadya who went though my policy to check if she could reduce my new premium , she managed to reduce it and I was happy she also explained how I could save more money on my insurance and the additional benifits I'm missing out on with my value added product as they offer combos, which I did not know about, the interaction was friendly, quick and efficient and most important my premium was reduced without raising the excess , great service 👍
