I recently dealt with Budget Insurance and had the opportunity to speak with Matthew from the retentions team. I must say, he was absolutely amazing professional, understanding, and genuinely invested in trying to assist me and retain my business. His approach was refreshing and made the interaction a very positive one. Honestly, if I had been assisted by someone like Matthew during my first few calls, I’m quite sure I would have stayed with Budget Insurance. He really made the effort to understand my needs and offer solutions. That said, I ultimately decided to move to another insurance provider. While it wasn’t necessarily cheaper, the alternative offered benefits that gave me greater peace of mind overall. Thank you to Matthew for the excellent service he truly stands out.
