I recently claimed at Budget for a second time and the 1st claim was approved just before I even realised I had filed it. Now when the second one went in, the process had me panicking a bit ; because things were not the same but what brought me back to being calm was a reminder that the timing is also different. Above all ,I am now very appreciative of my claim's outcome (approval). Thanks to Portia and the management team that had the panic attack and burden taken away from my shoulders👏.
