I received my reviewed insurance schedule today and was unhappy with the increase in my monthly premium. I phoned the number on the letter I received and Teri answered right away. She was professional, friendly and super efficient. Long story short, after only a minutes and a few small adjustments to my policy, I will be paying a premium I'm happy with. Budget insurance is the best because they have people like Teri working for them.
