I received my policy update which had an increase which I really can't afford at this time. Not many of us receive a 16-18 % increase in our salaries,so this type of increase would hurt. So I called the retention division of budget and had a nice open and honest chat with Nkonasi ,really hope I spelt it correctly. He was very accommodating and was comforting in the fact that we all South Africans are in this struggle together. After all was said and done my premiums were adjusted to a similar level to my existing amount and I got a little discount for the month of September. I must be honest this was one of the most refreshing and enjoyable chat with someone in the insurance industry for a long time and much appreciated
