I received great service from Lesego

I received great service from Lesego. I complained about the ridiculous increase in my premium which they did not call to confirm if im okay with it. I was really mad. Lesego calmed me down and helped me with the whole situation till it was resolved within 5 min. Please give him a raise!!!!
