I received an annual review of my Budget Insurance motor car premium

I received an annual review of my Budget Insurance motor car premium. The premium was to be 25percent higher than what I had been paying. Nothing has changed since my last assessment. No claims or anything else. I phoned to complain about it and the best that they would do for me was to bring it down to a 12percent increase. Inflation is at 4.6 or 4.7percent so this is completely unreasonable. My car is also worth less than it was a year ago. I feel that Insurance companies are taking advantage of the fact that one has to have insurance, so they feel that they can do as they please.
