I really thought it would be a huge headache and she was incredibly helpful and comprehensive in her replies and the feedback she gave me. I sincerely appreciate that she wasn't pushy, but she did still offer alternatives, and she emailed me while we were on the phone with the cancellation notification which was incredibly efficient!
