I logged a claim for Wheel bearing and Thermostat/water pump unit. Budget claims department is saying they will authorize 1 part, the water pump. and the reason given is thump sucked from thin air, They referring to limits of indemnity, and interpret it wrong. The claim experience is beyond being horrible, spoke to Agents Zain, Sam, Lekau, and have sent emails to dispute resolution, no acknowledgement of received emails. Non are giving satisfactory answer. It is just horrible when an agent cannot read to understand their company policy wording, and began to create new policy as the defend the undefendable
