I lodged a claim for my tire and rim cover as I had an incident with a pothole so I took my car to tiger wheel and tire Cresta who lodged a claim on my behalf and I was then told by budget that I had to cover almost half of the fee plus an excess because
I lodged a claim for my tire and rim cover as I had an incident with a pothole so I took my car to tiger wheel and tire Cresta who lodged a claim on my behalf and I was then told by budget that I had to cover almost half of the fee plus an excess because they claim my tired tread is 4.3 mm which they say warrants the escalation from the initial top up I had to pay as per their authorization letter of R680 of which I ended up paying R1150 for a R2350 tire and I was never made aware of such when I took up the cover infact I was told there is no excess entirely.. The consultants where rude and took so long with the query I had to take unpaid leave as I could not make it to work

19 Sept 2023, 20:25Your team has already contacted me and they say they want to obtain the recording from when I joined and right now I just want my money back as highlighted should my claim be true that I was never made aware about access and the said tread requirement which is absurd because the tire deflated as I was driving and the cut is on the inside wall of the tire and not on the treads.. And on it I want you to cancel my tire policy I am tired of your company
