I joined budget insurance for tyres and rims last year 2022, I asked if during claim they need pictures they said NO. They also didn't tell me about excess fee, but now that I want to claim they are taking me from pillar to post. I told them to send me a clip on our conversation to remind me of our agreement it's been 2 good weeks without hearing from them. Kindly assist in this matter. @budget kindly keep ur promises, stop robbing us!
