I have taken up a motor car insurance policy with them and I told the sales person to only start deducting from end of October but they have deducted 2 premiums so far

I have taken up a motor car insurance policy with them and I told the sales person to only start deducting from end of October but they have deducted 2 premiums so far. When I try to contact them am put on hold and no one seems to want to assist me. Either they reimbur*****t me the money or I cancel this policy.
