I have had no issues with Budget since I joined in 2019 however the rise in cost of living has made it difficult for me to afford the premium I was currently paying. Excellent service received from Charlene. I called to cancel my policy due to not being able to afford the premium and she was able to assist me in revising my policy and reminding me of how I have a good record with this insurance since 2019 and the investment thereof. So I’m really happy, her enthusiasm and passion for her work exudes and speaks for itself
