I have been debited without my consent

Hi in December budget insurance called and sent me SMS to say debuts in December will before the normal debut date and I was ok with that,but now in January my last money was taken without my permission.they sent me a SMS and I ignored it because I new I will not be able to pay 7 days before my normal date.i need my money back as it was money to pay fees.
