I hate regrets but I am

I am already regretting why I am insured with you guys. I am today told I cant get home assist cause I do t have a building cover which is very odd, I stay in an estate and dont need building cover (same as with all other insurers I used to be with before, funny they always used to help) so maybe you expect me to pay more just to enjoy this benefit. Just know that I am already looking for cover elsewhere. One more client leaving.
