I had to make this call with Budget insurance and when the call was connected I realized that I might not have enough airtime. I explained to the agent (Ismail Simi)my predicament and he politely said he will call me back which he did immediately.He took his time going step by step through the claim and I was very impressed.Thank you Budget for employing excellent staff.
