I had the privilege of speaking to faheem from the claims department. It was such a good experience to have someone put themselves in your shoes. I had put in claim for 2 of my TVs and the process was quick but it took a bit of time for my claim to be settled. Faheem did everything he could just so that I can at least have one TV for my family as we going into a long weekend. I truly appreciate all he has done and he added great value to the business. The man deserves a raise and let him shine because he has earned it from me.
