I had the best telephonic experience with Mbali, in all my years of being insured by any insurance company, I've never felt so secured and at ease. She was clear, to the point and at the sometime compassionate. I've been in the past insured with Budget but left due to financial reason but am honeslty happy to be back with them. This is a new start of a long and great relationship.
