I had taken a home content cover for my home
I had taken a home content cover for my home. When I claimed, it was only then that I was told that a fitted stove forms part of the building. I was not aware of that and it’s not in the policy. The matter is now escalated for further review. The lady I was dealing with, Phindile, showed no empathy and did not seem to know what she was talking about.
