I had such a horrid experience with the retentions advisor Nomfundo Makhohliso. She was very unprofessional. She put me on hold at times without saying she is going to do it. She used very unprofessional phrases like “ya” and “Jesu” . At some point she was like “ what’s your premium again ugh “ She She was even eating whilst speaking to me. I could hear her swallowing and chewing. Extremely appalled by the behaviour. Please train your people better. This is the worst etiquette. It’s like speaking to someone from Telkom.
