I had one of the most horrific experiences with Budget insurance, I signed up for car insurance and we agreed on a fee , they requested that I submit my tracking device certificate with 7 days and I did , recently I discovered that I was not covered for full comprehensive insurance as we initially agreed . When I called them I was told I never submitted my tracking device certification on time , later they told me it was submitted on time but they just never captured my details . Few days later they increased my premium because now I qualified for full comprehensive, which is working Because the initial quote they gave me was for full comprehensive and they never mentioned that I would pay a lower amount until I submit tracking device information. Every time when I call , their agents keep telling me different stories , I’m super annoyed and very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
