I had no serious hassles

I had no serious hassles. The only claim they turned down was the peeling of chrome from my front chrome coated plastic grill. Apart from the bumpers, they apparently do not cover coated plastic. I am still happy as all other more than ten scratch and dent claims were successfully processed with no hassle at all.
