I had been battling for a few weeks to get my new policy up and running. Had to continually send emails and hope everything would finally be addressed and sorted out. Eventually out of desperation I resent a request for a quote and Lungelo Ntuli called me back. I gave her my entire sad and frustrating story which she promised to fix for me. That was Friday; today my documents have been uploaded and my policy is active. My 5 Stars go to Lungelo Ntuli specifically as she is an asset to the Company. So professional 🪄
