I had an accident and the repair is taking longer than i expected

I had an accident and the repair is taking longer than i expected. The cover I took with a Budget for a courtesy car was for 15 days and the repair is taking longer. I then called Budget and spoke to Reshma and Reshma spoke with management and they amended my policy so that I can use the courtesy car until my car is repaired, I'm very happy with Budget 🙂
