I had an accident

I had an accident. A man reversed into my vehicle while I was stationery in traffic. He did not want to give me his details. I contacted budget and was told I have an excess of R3600. I could not afford this. I explained this to lindokuhle the kind lady that assisted me from budget. She spoke with her manager and decided to pay me the cash of the quotation of the damages to my car and subtract the excess so I can find a place to fix it. This was just the best news I could have asked for as I was so stressed about how I was going to get the R3600. Thank you lindokuhle for going over and beyond for me. We need more people like you that cares❤️
