I had an absolutely great claim experience with Budget. Saadya introduced herself and explained everything calmly and in detail. This being the first time I've ever been in a car incident and my 1st ever claim in my life and 5 yeara of being with Budget. As a 1st time claimer and after being stressed that i even had the incident Saadya handled the situation and I with complete care, consideration and comfort. I have never been more happy to be part of the Budget family. I have confidence that the rest of the claim process will go as smoothly as with Saadya. She already set the tone for this.
