I had amazing and outstanding service

I had amazing and outstanding service. The guy who was assisting me yesterday and the day before assisted me very nicely, and he even phoned me today to confirm my cancelation. I was angry at first because for the first time i phoned budget insurance, the lady that i spoke to did not assist me. She was dropping my calls and another guy.
