I had a terrible experience with budget but With the help of the lady who was assisting me my trust is somehow restored. She understood where I was coming from and patiently assisted me to give good prices and to her courtesy she went and spoke to manager about my case for me not to pay prorata. This lady went above and beyond her line of duty to ensure that I was helped and satisfied. This was excellent service at its best, I believe its people like Gabby that restore our trust in ensurance. Our conversation went till after hours but she still stayed and helped.
