I had a query about a policy

I had a query about a policy. Deductions were made from my bank account. I emailed a letter and a Nicholas from Budget insurance called me the next day. He told me about their investigation today, within 2 days. I will be refurbished. The way he spoke had a reassuring and calming effect on me. He also send regards and that he was sorry about the deductions made. He said the money will be credited to my bank account and will show in the next 5 - 10 days. Thank you Sir.
