I had a great experience with the consultant or Agent I interacted with. He was considerate, he displayed empathy and care when i told him about my financial situation and my reason for canceling my other policy. He was never annoyed by me asking alot of questions given the fact that I was calling to cancel. He gave me his full attention, offered me different options instead of canceling and he ended up explaining Other services such as budget buddies, towing services etc. He also lowered my excess amount with R1000. He assisted me to download the Budget App.
