I had a fantastic experience speaking with Sinenhlanhla during my call. They were professional, helpful, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Unfortunately, I still had to proceed with cancelling my policy because the premium couldn't be adjusted to match or beat a lower rate I found elsewhere. I truly appreciate the agent's efforts and high level of service, even though the final cost forced me to switch.
