I had a claim with budget insurance, when my car was towed my back bumper and right back light was intact, the car was assessed and I was told the cost of the damage was lower than the excess fee therefore they cannot continue with the repairs, on return the bumper of my car was removed together with my right tail light, it wasn't return in the same state it was received
