I got tangible service today

<p>I received a call from Taryn Hendricks of Budget Insurance and when I answered the call I was having an attitude because I couldn't get my policy documents for over a month for reasons better known by Budget alone. But she was so patient with me and now as I speak I have my policy documents with me. It took her a few minutes but others failed to deliver in weeks. Keep it up Taryn. </p>
