I got a very reasonable offer in lieu of car insurance and was told before debit order would be implemented l first had to take vehicle for inspection which unfortunately l was unable to do as l was out of town and also explained to them yet they still proceed with institution of debit order in lieu of R373.30 in October 24...after enquiring they apologized and agreed to reverse money which they did and undertook to ensure nothing like that will ever happen but unfortunately today being 27 November 24 they still continue with unduly debiting after l telephonically inform them about cancelling agreement...I'm really sick and tired of all of this...🤨
