I got a call from an agent on a matter and they assisted me in with an entirely different issue regarding my premiums. Aubrey listened to my concerns regading my inability to afford the increased premiums and took me through the policy to explain my cover and how the premiums are determined. Thankfully he managed to adjust my premiums and i can now enjoy cover i can afford.
