I got a call from a guy from budget insurance (don’t remember his name) he was selling something I don’t even remember because I was angry with budget insurance about an unrelated matter. I told him I am so angry with budget insurance therefore I won’t be able to objectively and attentively listen to what he was saying. He understood my frustration and treated me with such grace and empathy and asked to put me through to the relevant department that can resolve my issue. He put me through to Tyler. Oh wow!!! What a wonderful warm human being she was like the first guy. She listened to me ranting about my frustrations without interrupting. She understood my frustrations and went out of her way to resolve my problems with grace and love. Oh she felt like my the******, I calmed down and we were smiling. Tyler the singer had nothing on her, budget insurance Tyler is soothing and the****utic in her customer service. Thank you so much Tyler and the other gentleman, you’re an asset to budget insurance.
