I feel ****** in pure daylight!!!!

I had a car accident on the road and my car got written off. Here I am stress less because I know I have been paying my car insurance (budget insurance) religiously, every month without fail. Only for my claim to get rejected, heir reason being I moved to a new house without informing them. How??? Was my car ******? Did the accident happen at my house? No it happened on the road. They just don’t want to pay. They looked for a loop hole, one that doesn’t not have logic.
