I do not regret cancelling if this is the type or service I receive!!!

Very poor on communication. I initiated a cancellation on vehicle insurance. Was told the insurance was cancelled. A week later and still no confirmation mail. App says policy is still active. I was doubtful about cancelling but I do not regret cancelling if this is the type of service you'll receive!!

Email me on ***. I await cancellation emwil or any type of correspondence. I even mailed u guys a follow up but nothing!!!
