I dealt with Leeann Rampersad at Budget Insurance. She assisted me with my request for a more affordable premium and instead of finding a new insurer, she persuaded me to rather stay with Budget. I am very thankful that she was the person on the other side of the line and has the ability to make people feel valued and that their small monthly contribution is valuable to Budget as an organization.
