I dealt with Branden Perdagh and he was very helpful, well spoken and gave good advice. My premium isn't as high as I thought it would be even while I claimed twice in 3 years. Budget pays out within a month and helps easily. Claims process takes a few weeks with up and down calling but overall not a bad experience.
